This is a GREAT Country Home that is so close to the city. It has all the charm of country living (Nice big home with a great porch and lots of acreage to roam around) and has all the conveniences of a big city. I can't wait to document the transformation of this property. It has so much potential to be a charming country estate that will WOW even the harshest critics.
Not to mention it is only about a 20 minute drive from my favorite place, Lockeford Meats, to get the most incredible sausages.
