This is a GREAT Country Home that is so close to the city. It has all the charm of country living (Nice big home with a great porch and lots of acreage to roam around) and has all the conveniences of a big city. I can't wait to document the transformation of this property. It has so much potential to be a charming country estate that will WOW even the harshest critics.
Not to mention it is only about a 20 minute drive from my favorite place, Lockeford Meats, to get the most incredible sausages.

Charming house situated on almost 4 acres in Lodi, CA. The surrounding area is mostly planted in walnut. The water table is at 90 feet and the neighborhood is on well water and septic.There seems to be adequate natural light. The windows are aluminum dual pane.
This Kitchen is going to need some remodeling. Cabinets can be salvage but the laminate countertops will need to be replace and the floors will need to be redone.
